Stonepoint & Partners exists to help committed leaders to create better businesses.

Becoming a great company doesn't really take any more effort than being merely a good one but it does take more discipline - we dedicate ourselves to helping all kinds of business to unlock latent potential and achieve their ambitions.

Founded in 2010 by David Bellamy, we have worked with dozens of successful leaders and organisations in a variety of different ways to help them become better versions of themselves.

Chris Radford - Partner

Chris has 14 years main board experience, including two successful business start-ups, mainly in the financial services and property sector but with time also spent in recruitment and marketing. He was CEO of two leading financial services organisations and MD of Legal & General's unit trust business all during a time of significant change. His main focus is on achieving clear and tangible business outcomes by supporting the management team to effectively implement key initiatives.

Richard Todman - Partner

Richard's 30 years experience of strategy execution and change management in blue chip companies is unusually broad - spanning both public and private sectors, and in many different functions. Richard believes that leaders with a clear purpose and a pure focus will deliver extraordinary results even in the most difficult circumstances. This he experienced first hand: in InterCity pre and post railway privatisation, in British Airways pre and post 9/11 and most recently at British American Tobacco.

Diana Forsyth - Associate Partner

From her early roles in RioTinto, BHP Billiton and St John of God Health Care leading service transformation, merger and integration, Diana has consulted to the mining, health, financial services, agribusiness, retail, entertainment, media, utilities, and public sectors in Australia, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, the UK and the USA. Diana also has over 15 years’ non-executive experience in the health, tertiary education, and charitable sectors. Diana’s belief is that authentic leadership, precise organisational design, and well-designed and engaging change, development and human resources practices ensure the successful achievement of strategy.
Richard Hobbs

Richard Hobbs - Associate

Richard became an Associate of Stonepoint & Partners in July 2011. Since then he has worked on many of our regulatory oriented projects including preparing executives for PRA and FCA visits and reviewing governance arrangements. Outside of his activities with us he is non-executive chairman of a managing agency at Lloyd's of London and is on the board of commissioners of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Richard began his career in the civil service focusing mainly on various aspects of consumer protection policy and latterly as a senior insurance regulator. He has also worked as head of life and pensions at the Association of British Insurers (dealing mainly with reputational consequences resulting from pensions mis-selling).

Stuart Robb - Associate

Stuart has been delivering technology-led transformation for more than thirty years. He has over fifteen years multi-national consulting experience across a broad range of industries including banking, insurance, and telecoms (amongst others) and brings a wealth of business experience having worked on projects including finance, CRM and procurement. He is particularly strong in programme recovery or turnaround situations. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and Association of Project Managers

Michael Brewer - Partner

The most successful businesses are acutely tuned in to the voice of the customer and are adept at responding to what they hear. Over more than 20 years, Michael has brought passion and conviction to tracking and interpreting that voice for some of the most successful UK financial service providers including AXA, BUPA, Close Brothers, Direct Line, RSA, Legal & General, and Lloyds. He has also brought new focus in marketing strategy and planning to market leaders in other sectors, from BT via the Dept of Work & Pensions to the University of the Arts in London.
